Raju joined SA Law Chambers Solicitors in January 2015. Before joining he worked for well- established practices in Wembley, Acton, Southall and Hayes over two decades gaining experience across all practice management functions including legal aid and tender procedures.

Raju has played a strategic role in the development of the firm. He excels at working on feasible targets to help the firm reach its goals and is responsible for leading and implementing a fresh and modern approach to practice management based on many years of experience to ensure that clients receive excellent service by ensuring the practice is progressively and efficiently managed in keeping with current best practices.

Having a compassionate approach to management, he is underpinned by a great eye for detail and the drive to provide the best environment for the team to excel.

Raju ensures all clients receive an effective and personal service. His specialty is working on projects ranging from Practice Management, Project Management and Process Improvement, IT Management and Support Facilities, Marketing, Organisation development and HR services/support and ensuring that all of the firm’s administration runs smoothly. He also develops and delivers programmes to improve the firm’s effectiveness and productivity.
