If you are not eligible for free funding or choose to pay us privately, we offer reasonable, competitive rates and flexible funding packages including fixed fees for the entire case or hourly rates depending upon your needs and affordability. If you are paying for all of your defence costs and are subsequently found not guilty, you can apply to central funds and may recover some or all of the defence costs.
