We know that when someone is experiencing difficulties with mental health that finances can add to the concern and stress of that situation.

We hold a contract with the Legal Aid Agency to provide legal services and most of our work is financed through public funding (legal aid). That means in most cases we can represent you without you having to pay anything.

If you require representation at a Tribunal hearing, you will be eligible for free legal advice and representation regardless of your financial position. Our costs are paid by the Legal Aid Agency and there will be no costs to be paid by you.

If you require assistance with any other matter, you may qualify for public funding depending on your financial circumstances.

Finally, if no public funding is available for your case, we offer very competitive rates for privately funded work either on a fixed fee or hourly rates. We are always happy to discuss this with you and work to ensure that you are properly represented.
