We represented the defendant who threw a bottle at the 100m London Olympics final event featuring Usain Bolt. This case was a high-profile media case as the whole world was watching the final event when the incident happened.

Represented an English Cricketer who was cleared by the BPL Anti-Corruption Tribunal of all charges.
R v MD – Snaresbrook Crown Court
Represented the defendant who was charged with arson with intent to endanger life. The defendant was alleged to have set fire to his neighbour’s property whist suffering from mental illness. The defendant was acquitted following trial on the defence of insanity.
R V X – Southwark Crown Court
The Jury failed to reach a verdict on our client despite evidence from a number of prosecution witnesses and expert evidence in a matter of Causing death by careless driving. This case involves the tragic death of an elderly lady by a HGV in a busy London road in the middle of the day.
R V MC – Snaresbrook Crown Court
The defendant was charged with dangerous driving after the car crashed to an incoming vehicle causing serious injury to the victim leaving him with permanent injuries and not being able to work for the rest of his life. Prior to the trial CPS discontinued the proceedings.

Dangerous Dogs
The defendant was charged with being in charge of a pitbull terrier dog which was dangerously out of control caused injury to victim resulting in his death in London. The victim appeared to have multiple deep and superficial dog-bite wounds to both sides of his neck and large penetrating wound with visible and audicle air leak over the midline of his neck.

Represented the defendant who was subject to European Arrest Warrant issued by Polish Government on charges of people smuggling and exploitation linked to Organised Crime gang associated with the Roma Community and the Mafia.

Represented the defendant who was charged with death by dangerous driving.
R v IK - Snaresbrook Crown Court
Represented an elderly client of previous good character who was charged with death by dangerous driving after a young pregnant woman was killed. Our client was given a very lenient sentence due to his age and previous good character.
