Our client is due to appear at Central Criminal Court charged with attempted murder and possession of firearm with intent to endanger life. It was alleged that our client with others shot the victim in his hip receiving serious injuries.

It was alleged the organised crime group were stealing high value vehicles over a period of time valued over £1.5 million.

Representing a client who has been investigated for conspiracy to defraud and money laundering against various NHS trusts. This investigation concerns a series of cyber- attacks on NHS internet targeting NHS finance staff. The attacks were carried out by way of sending spoof emails and email account comprises to demand NHS funds to be paid to the sender’s accounts. The total attempts and demands stand at approximately in excess of £10 million in respect of those spoof emails and email account compromises.
