Our Mental Health Department is headed by Navpreet Lehl. Navpreet is a Director and a Legal Aid Agency supervisor. She is an accomplished mental health litigator, with a long established reputation of providing high quality advice and representation. She is dedicated to representing those most vulnerable in society.

Having qualified as a solicitor in 2003, she has practised in the area of mental health for over 2 decades. She has continually been a member of the Law Society's Mental Health Accreditation Scheme since 2002.

Navpreet has experience in handling a wide range of complex cases and has acted on behalf of a number of high-profile patients. She is committed to providing the highest quality of service at all times and to achieve the best possible outcome for all her clients.

She has a long standing and loyal own client following. She frequently receives referrals from clients, other lawyers and hospitals as a result of her excellent reputation. In addition, she is often appointed by the Tribunal Service to represent patients.
