Daniel Salter
Daniel has been qualified as a Solicitor since 2003. He has experience in all serious criminal offences, including Murder, Rape, Conspiracies to Defraud and Conspiracy to Supply Drugs.
Daniel has particular expertise in dealing with serious and complex drugs matters, including ancillary confiscation proceedings. This includes the successful defence of a large scale Conspiracy to Supply drugs charge. Daniel has recently had a high profile case, reported in the national press, referred to the Attorney-General by the Prosecution due to the perceived leniency of the sentence received.
Daniel is also equally at home in the Magistrates Court where he is a confident and successful Trial Advocate.
Daniel has 10 years experience of appearing at the police station where has dealt with the most serious cases across the Criminal Spectrum, including matters that have received national media attention.
