Based on an original idea by Siddik Aboobaker the firm came into existence in April 2002.Since its original inception in offices in Cranbrook Road,Ilford the firm has grown from a three solicitor Criminal based practice to over sixteen solicitors, high court advocates and in-house barristers with a large number of support staff.It now covers areas as diverse as Criminal Law,Housing,Mental Health,Debt,Welfare Benefits,Employment,Community Care and Prison Law.It intends within the near future to add Family Law including Childcare and also Civil Actions against the Police.
The practise is run by Mr.Aboobaker who is the Managing Director.He is assisted by three other directors.All of the Directors worked in the legal profession for a number of years and are Specialists in their respective pratice areas.They also are Legal Services Commission Specialist Quality Mark Supervisiors.
The reputation and expertise of the Directors and employees combined with a sound financial system,its extensive client base coupled with the satisfaction of its clients,has allowed the practice to grow on a continual basis.It is the intension of the Directors that the practice will continue to grow and become one of the major legal providers.
The practise takes pride in the fact that it is a multi-cultural organisation with employees,Solicitors and Directors who speak several different languages and are from a diverse mix of cultural backgrounds yet moulded into a common aim; the protection of its clients
